How We Work
Our law firm marketing process, with the lid off.
You've probably been burned by an agency that went quiet after the invoice cleared. Here's exactly how we audit, build, and grow a Utah firm's pipeline, and how you'll know it's working every single month.
The Three Phases
Audit, build, grow
No mystery, no jargon. Every engagement moves through the same three phases, in the same order.
Find the leaks first
Before we touch anything, we pull apart your Google Business Profile, site speed, rankings, and intake. Most firms are bleeding leads somewhere obvious, a buried phone number, a slow page, calls that go to voicemail at 5:30. We tell you what we find, even the unflattering parts.
Fix the foundation
We rebuild what's costing you cases: practice-area pages that actually rank, a site that loads fast on a phone, conversion paths that turn a click into a booked consult. This is the unglamorous work that makes everything after it pay off.
Turn it up
Once the foundation holds, we scale what's working: SEO, Google Ads, and Local Services Ads running together so you get cases now and durable rankings later. We double down on the channels that book consults and cut the ones that don't.
Reporting
You'll never wonder what we did this month
A report full of impressions and "engagement" tells you nothing. We report on the only number that pays your associates: signed cases.

A monthly report you'll read
One clear summary each month: rankings, calls, form fills, and booked consults, tied back to spend. Plain English, no 40-page PDF nobody opens.
See results
Call & lead tracking
Every lead is tracked to the source, so we know whether a signed case came from your map listing, an ad, or an organic page. You see it too.
Ask us how
A real human on the call
A monthly strategy review with someone who knows your matters, not a ticket queue. Most firms run a tactical check-in plus a deeper monthly review.
Talk to usOwnership
Everything we build belongs to your firm
Some agencies build your site on their account and your ads in their manager, so leaving means starting from zero. We don't play that game.
Your website & domain
The site sits on hosting and a domain in your name. If we ever part ways, you keep every page, image, and line of code. No ransom, no "migration fee."
Your content
The practice-area pages, blog posts, and FAQs we write are your firm's words. They stay on your site and keep ranking whether or not we're still working together.
Your ad & Google accounts
Your Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and analytics live under your firm's accounts. We get manager access; you hold the keys. That's how it should be.
Onboarding
What the first 90 days look like
Marketing isn't a light switch. Here's a realistic timeline so you know what to expect, and when to expect it.
Access & audit
We request access to your accounts and run a full baseline audit: rankings, site health, competitors, and how your intake actually handles a 9 p.m. call. You'll know your starting line.
Strategy & first moves
You get a documented 90-day plan with KPI targets, and the first work goes live, quick wins on your Google Business Profile and the pages costing you the most. Local Services Ads setup begins here; bar verification can take a few weeks, so we start early.
Build & calibrate
Full execution. New pages ship, ads collect real data, and we tune toward cost per signed case. SEO is the slow burn, most firms see meaningful organic movement around the 3–6 month mark, so this window sets it up.
Common Questions
Questions about our law firm marketing process
Straight answers on timelines, ownership, contracts, and what you'll actually see.
Paid channels move first. Google Ads and Local Services Ads can put your firm at the top of Salt Lake County searches within the first month. SEO is the long game, most firms see meaningful organic movement in 3–6 months, with gains compounding after that. We run both so you get cases now and durable rankings later.
SEO and content take a few months to gain traction, so we plan in that horizon. But we keep your business with reporting and results, not lock-in. We’ll walk you through the exact terms during your strategy session. No fine-print surprises.
You do. Your site, domain, the content we write, and your Google Ads and Google Business Profile accounts all live under your firm’s name. We get manager access to do the work; you keep the keys and walk away with everything if we ever part ways.
In the first two weeks we review your rankings, site speed and structure, Google Business Profile, top competitors, and your intake, including what happens to a call that comes in after hours. You get a documented starting line and a 90-day plan with real KPI targets.
The numbers that matter: rankings, calls, form fills, and booked consults, tied back to spend so you can see cost per lead. Every lead is tracked to its source. No vanity impressions, no jargon, and a real person on the monthly review call.
For most consumer-facing firms, yes, Local Services Ads sit above the regular search results. Good news for attorneys: Google dropped the separate background check in 2021 because your bar license already covers it. You’ll still need bar-membership verification, a verified address, and a Google Business Profile rated 3.0 or higher, which we help you set up.
